Confidentially report any irregularity or suspected misconduct that may affect Visurb or people's wellbeing. You can do so anonymously.

How it works

What can be reported

Corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, environmental, data-protection, and health & safety breaches, and other infringements covered by law. Do not use the channel for accusations you know to be false.

Anonymity

You may report without identifying yourself. We do not record your IP address or any metadata that could identify you. If possible, avoid using a device connected to the company network.

Secure mailbox

On submission you receive a random case number and set an access code. Use them to return, add information and read replies — while staying anonymous.

Guaranteed deadlines

We acknowledge receipt within 7 days and communicate the measures taken within 3 months (exceptionally 6, in complex cases). Reports are kept for 10 years (legal minimum: 5 years).

Confidential, independent handling

Reports are accessed exclusively by the designated person(s), independently and in strict confidence. All content is encrypted.
